We wanted to describe our exceedingly good experience while purchasing our Kia Sportage at Wilson Auto Group Kia. The salesperson, Jeremy McNeal, was exceptional in assisting us to choose the right model for our satisfaction. His consulting approach to sales was not only professional, but knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. We had to make the decision whether to keep a leased 3-year old Toyota RAV4 or purchase a new vehicle. Marcus McWhorter, general sales manager, discussed with us the pros and cons of each option and , after an additional test drive, we chose the Sportage. Flo did great on the customer service but, I didn't receive any all prove weather matts for my NEW Kia Sedona LX. I took a short trip to Alabama everyone say they all like the Sedona but the biggest question that haunted me the entire trip was why I did not get any all purpose weather matts and it was raining too. It was hard to have to hear that matt remark all weekend:) It 's the simply thing in life that people need to feel relax about especially buying a new KIA. Now I have to buy some????
We had a great experience here at Kia Wilson! Darius Jones was our a salesman. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features the car had and made sure we knew how to use them. He answered all of our questions and made it a great car buying experience!!
Tanaska was very helpful and informative about the 2018 Kia Stinger. Sales manager worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. And the Stinger is awesome. The entire team was very friendly and willing to assist.
If you value your money and time do not purchase a Kia from this dealership. I purchased a 2015 Kia Sedona from Wilson Kia. In October of 2016 I brought my car in for repair on the A/C unit. Thankfully at this time my car was still under warranty. They kept my car for over a month to fix the issue. When I received the car it seemed to work okay but it was now the winter months and I didn't need my A/C. 6 months later in May 2017 the issue returned. When I took my car this time they told me they couldn't duplicate the issue. That meant that they didn't see anything wrong with it. We continued to drive the car with A/C working only part of the time. Fast forward to April 2018. A/C has completely stopped working but now conveniently for Kia I am out of my warranty. I take the car first to Firestone and they tell me within 30 minutes that my compressor has completely stopped working. I am furious so I take it back to Kia thinking that they might fix the issue under a "good will" status due to their incompetency. I was wrong. I am now responsible to pay out of pocket for this issue. The car is only 3 years old. We have been dealing with this issue for 2 of those years. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
The hardest part of buying my 2018 Kia Sorento is which color I wanted. Our salesman Mike Thomas was friendly, and made the process so easy. He was fantastic!
I was on a business trip coming all the way from Lafayette, LA. I had an issue with my tire. I was concerned driving four hours back home, so they took me in right away and got me fixed up! Thankful for the workers as my trip home could've turned into me not making it back without their help!
Great service people are great. Just bought a 2018 Kia Sorento man what a great deal. Let Mike Thomas put you in a new Kia.
