DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I came in to get bushings replaced. They had to take off my subframe to put them on. 8 days later one of my tires had been rubbed on the inside all the way to the wire. I asked if they performed an alignment after putting the frame back on. They ignored my question multiple times. Come to find out they don't even have an alignment machine!! This is a live review, I'm still in Wilson Kia Service Limbo. I wish I could say I've had exceptional experiences here, but I cannot. Service visits are always questionable. Something is off every time. I find a hard time trusting this establishment. Service call backs from voice mail over 3 hours to respond, IF responded at all same day. Coming from a BIG city region where there are as many as 5 KIA dealers in a 30 mile radius, this makes me sad we only have one here in Central MS . I had an outstanding experience with Mike Thomas (Salesman) at Wilson Kia. I had been working with Mike for about 2.5 months due to waiting on my bankruptcy to be discharged.
