Maintenance Schedule

Kia America, Inc. (KUS) may, from time to time, provide preliminary templates for its authorized dealers (“Dealers”) to use for a variety of advertising or marketing purposes (“Templates”). Such Templates are, if provided, for the convenience of Dealers and are intended to facilitate advertising marketing efforts; provided, however, that Dealers are not required to use such Templates, or any part thereof, for advertising or marketing or any other purpose. In the event KUS provides any Templates to Dealers, (a) KUS does not represent or warrant that any such Templates comply with any applicable law, including without limitation any advertising laws or state regulations, and (b) Dealers are solely responsible for ensuring that the Templates and any use of the Templates for advertising or marketing complies with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
